Edge and Corner Work

Edge and corner work addresses one of the most common issues affecting card grades: lifted edges, whitened corners, and surface separation along card borders. These techniques use specialized tools to "massage" paper fibers back into place after humidity treatment makes them pliable.

Key Principle: The goal is to relax paper fibers with humidity, then use tools to guide them back into their original bonded position. You're not forcing anything - you're coaxing softened fibers to realign.
