In scope: full art V / VMAX / VSTAR / ex · alternate arts · Rainbow Rares · Trainer full arts · character rares · any modern card where the artwork can be felt with a fingertip.

Not in scope: gold hyper rares, which add full-face metallised foil (PKM-MOD-GOLD) · SV Special Illustration Rares, split out for their heavier texture (PKM-SV-SIR) · flat full arts with no relief, which belong with PKM-MOD-HOLO.
