Overview

The Card Conservation Convention (CCC) is the first event dedicated exclusively to trading card conservation, restoration, and grading education. Designed for collectors, restorers, graders, and anyone passionate about preserving card history, CCC brings together industry experts, creators, and community members for a full day of learning, trading, and connection.

Where is the event being held?

Westgate Las Vegas, very close to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Perfect for Collect-a-con attendees.

Is lunch really included?

Yes! Your ticket includes lunch with dietary options available. All-day beverages (coffee, tea, water, soda) are also included.

Can I bring damaged cards to the workshop?

For the Q&A / Grading Clinic, yes — bring cards you're considering submitting or want advice on. For the Live Restoration Demo, we'll be working on sample cards, but you're welcome to ask questions about your own collection.

What if I can't make it in person?

We're exploring a virtual ticket option for recorded content access. Stay tuned.

I'm already going to Collect-a-con. Why should I come to this?

CCC is the day before Collect-a-con (not affiliated) and ends with Trade Night so you can socialize into the evening. Think of it as pre-game education + early trading access. You'll walk into Collect-a-con more informed and with deals already in your pocket.

Is there a cash bar?

Yes! The cash bar opens during Trade Night (5 PM – 8 PM).

CCC is organized by Josh Copeland (Giovanni), creator of CardConservation.com and host of the Cardboard Alchemists podcast. With a community of 70k+ followers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, Josh has been at the forefront of the card restoration movement — and CCC is the natural next step in bringing this community together.
